CTET Paper 1 Exam Pattern 2018:

  • This paper consists of 150 Questions based on the Multiple Choice Type Questions and the total marks of this paper are 150.
  • Questions are asked from the different subjects, these subjects are given below. You have to complete this exam within 2.30 hrs.

This paper contains 150 Multiple Choice Questions of 150 marks. Questions are given from CDP or Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Science. Time: 2.30 hrs.

APTET Notification to become Andhra Teacher: Higher Education Board of Andhra Pradesh may announce notification for Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2018 for the recruitment of teachers at Andhra Pradesh Govt. If you desired to become Andhra Teacher for a class I to V and for class VI to VIII and for class IX to X you have to appear for APTET 2018.

If you want to become Andhra Teacher you have to appear for written test which is comprised of Paper-I and Paper-II. You have to fill online application for this entrance test. This exam is state level exam.

APTET Eligibility Criteria to become Andhra Teacher:

APTET Education Qualification for Paper I (Class I to V):

You have to pass Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and also you should pass or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (By Whatever name known).

OR

You must pass Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in last year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.)

OR

You must pass Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and passed or appearing in last year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

OR

You have should be Graduate and passed or appearing in final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Please note that if you are a student of reserved category you would be getting relaxation of up to 5% in qualifying marks.

APTET Required education qualification for Paper I (Class VI to VIII)

You should be graduate and passed or appeared in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

OR

You must be graduate with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed).

OR

You must have scored 50% in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El.Ed.)

OR

You must score at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year B.A/B.Sc. Ed or B.A Ed./B.Sc. Ed.

OR

You must achieve 50% marks in graduation and passed or appearing in I-year /B. Ed. (Special Education)

NOTE: As per govt norms if you belong to reserved category you will be getting relaxation of up to 5% in qualifying marks

Age Limit for APTET

  • You should be of 18 to 40 years age group then only you can apply for this test.
  • You must check relaxation in age limit, read the official notice carefully.

How to apply for APTET

  • First of all, you have to visit the official website, there you will find the tab Apply Online for APTET 2018.
  • Now register yourself by entering all the required details and fill the Online application form.
  • after that, you have to upload your scanned documents, your latest digital photograph, and your signature.
  • After this you have to pay your fee, you have to pay your fee only through online payment i.e by debit or credit card
  • You may note that before you submit your online application form you have to check that information you have provided should be correct and true as per your knowledge.
  • Then Finally you must submit your form by making a declaration.
  • You will be notified on your screen about the submission of your application form, you should get a print of your application for future purpose.

TS TET 2018 Eligibility Criteria:

Required Qualification for Ts TET Paper I (Class I to V):

  • You must secure with at least 50% marks in Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent). But if you refer to categories like SC/ST/BC/Differently abled applicants, you must secure 45% marks and pass 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education/2 – year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

  • You must secure 45% marks in Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent). But if you belong to categories like SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates, then you must score 40% marks. And pass in 2 – year Diploma in Education (Special Education) in the case of the candidates who have passed or admitted to D.El.Ed / D.Ed./ 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) /2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Required Qualification for TS-TET paper – II (Classes VI to VIII)

You must score at least 50% marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com but if you belong to categories like SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates then you must score 45% marks. And you must pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education)/ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course.

OR

You must score at least 50% marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com, in case if you belong to SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates you must score 40%. And pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education) in the case of the candidates who have passed or admitted to B.Ed/ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course.

OR

You must complete 4-year B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. with at least 50% marks, but then of you belong to SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be
45%.

OR

Bachelor of oriental language (or its equivalent) or Graduation with language concerned as one of the optional subjects or Post Graduation in the language concerned Or Graduation in literature And /B.Ed with language concerned as one of the Methodologies, in respect of Language Teachers/Language Pandit Training Certificate.

The question paper may be bilingual i.e. English followed by the Language-I chosen by you for all languages except Sanskrit. If have chosen Sanskrit, the questions shall be in Telugu followed by Sanskrit (Devanagari script).

HTET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

  • For PRT, you should have passed Diploma in Elementary Education from recognised Board
  • For TGT, you must have passed B.Ed from recognised University
  • For Lecturer, you must have passed Post Graduation with B.Ed

  • Before you apply for HTET 2018, you must read all the instructions carefully:
    Properly go through the DETAILS BULLETIN – “Guideline Plan of examination” available on the website of the particular Board
  • Posting AADHAR Card Number will be desirable while applying with regard to On the web Application.
  • Continue for remittance of exam fee through e-challan in accordance to instructions given upon the aforesaid website associated with the Board.
  • To get login and Password details you have to visit authority website and fill the details like father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth as mentioned on their certificate of Secondary examination. Mentioning Roll No. of Secondary Examination, Year of qualifying Secondary examination and Name of the Board are also essential.
  • You must keep one copy of Computer Generated Application Form (Confirmation Page) with them for future reference.
  • You must note that all the information you are filling in the Online application must be true and correct.

  • You can give your exam via Computer Based Test (CBT) OR Conventional Type (Pen-Paper Based).
  • You will have the choice to select the mode of examination only at the time of submission of application form online.
  • In case, if you wants to apply for more than one level, you have to select only one mode of examination for all the levels.
  • Make sure that mode once selected shall not be changed under any circumstances.

How to download HTET Admit Card 2018:

  • The particular HTET admit card will become available on HTET website soon. You can easily download your admit cards from the website (www.htet.nic.in) with effect from August 2018(Tentative) onwards and appear in the examination in the allocated examination centre. After obtaining a print out of “Roll No. /Admit Card”, in case you find any difference within your particulars or within your photograph plus signatures immediately you should get in touch with the Special Examination Branch of the Board and acquire the same fixed.
    IMP NOTE: HTET Admit cards will not be sent via post to anyone.
  • In any case if you find that your Roll No. is not uploaded on the website to download htet admit card, you can do complain to the Special Examination Branch of the Board between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM at least two days prior to the date of examination along with adequate proofs Photocopy of Computer Produced Application (“Confirmation Page”), the copy of payment challan supporting having deposited exam fee and an attested copy of certificate associated with having qualified Secondary (Xth Class) examination, two duplicates of photograph as published on application.
  • You will not be allowed to enter in examination hall if you do not produce your valid htet admit card having a photograph printed on it.

Pattern of HTET 2018 Exam

For Level I: Classes I-V: Primary Teacher

  • Presently there shall be only 1 paper. All questions will certainly be Multiple Choice Queries (MCQs) each carrying 1 mark with four options out of which 1 answer will be corrected.
  • You will definitely get 150 questions, which must be completed in Two-and-a-half hours.
  • the pattern of question will be:
  1. Child Development and Pedagogy:                  30 MCQs 30 Marks
  2. Language I (Hindi):                                          30 MCQs 30 Marks
  3. Language II (English):                                     30 MCQs 30 Marks
  4. Mathematics:                                                   30 MCQs 30 Marks
  5. Environmental Studies:                                    30 MCQs 30 Marks

Level II: Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage(TGT):

  • Duration for the examination will be same as for level I.
  • The pattern for Level II is as follows:
  1. Child Development & Pedagogy (Compulsory) 30 MCQs 30 Marks
  2. Language I – (English) (Compulsory) 30 MCQs 30 Marks
  3. Language II (Hindi/Sanskrit/Panjabi/Urdu – Choose any one) 30 MCQs 30 Marks
  4. For Mathematics and Science Teacher (Mathematics and Science) 60 MCQs 60 Marks
  5. For Social Studies teacher (Social Studies) 60 MCQs 60 Marks
  6. For Hindi/English/Sanskrit/Panjabi/Urdu/Home Science/Physical Education/Art/Music Teacher: You have to choose subjects from the 4th or 5th point.  60 MCQs 60 Marks.

Level III: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT):

  • No of questions and Duration will be same as Level I and II.
  • The pattern of Exam for level III:
  1. Child Development & Pedagogy (Compulsory) 30 MCQs 30 Marks
  2. Language I (Hindi) (Compulsory) 30 MCQs 30 Marks
  3. Language II (English) (Compulsory) 30 MCQs 30 Marks
  4. Subject Specific 60 MCQs 60 Marks

Qualifying Marks for Level Ist, IInd and IIIrd:

  • For all Categories except Scheduled Castes and Differently abled/Physically Challenged: 60% (90 Marks)
  • For Scheduled Castes and Differently abled/Physically Challenged of Haryana Domicile: 55% (83 Marks)
  • For Scheduled Castes and Differently abled/Physically Challenged of Other State: 60% (90 Marks)

There are two mandatory tests in UTET 2016-2017 i.e. UTET-1 (primary school) for classes I-V and UTET-2 (middle school) for classes VI-VIII. Both tests should be cleared to apply for vacancies for the post of teachers in government or semi-government school within state according to eligibility criteria for primary or middle school level. UTET 2016 Eligibility criteria:

Aspirants should have following qualifications as prescribed by the NCTE.  In case you want to become a pre-primary teacher in Uttarakhand state. Then you have to attend for UTET paper I exam. Classes I to V is also called respectively “lower primary” teacher in Uttarakhand state govt. Primary schools have to carry an exam called UTET. The STATE  govt.  As mentioned below:-

UTET (Uttarakhand TET) qualification teachers of classes I-V (Paper I) 2016-2017:  

Applicants should have passed in senior’s secondary education with at least 45 percent marks. Those appearing in final 2 years in the bachelor of elementary education are also eligible for this exam. An applicant who passed B.A / B.Sc. With at least 50 % marks and B.Ed. qualification can also apply.

UTET (Uttarakhand TET) qualification teachers of classes VI-VIII (paper II) 2017 :

Applicants should have passed B.A/B.Sc. and those appearing in final 2-year diploma D.Ed /B.A./B.sc. with at least 45 % marks and passed in B.Ed./seniors secondary education with at least 50 % marks and passed  or appearing in final 4-year bachelor in elementary education B.Ed/ B.A/B.Sc. with 50 percent in B.A. or B.sc are eligible for UTET.

Aspirants are required to get UTET 2016-2017 Application forms application fee paying the requisite fee from the Post Offices as given in the prospectus.
