Gate 2019 Application Form:The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs at Bombay, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Delhi, Kanpur, Madras, and Roorkee) jointly conducts Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering every year. After qualifying this exam you will get admission into higher education (M.Tech./Ph.D.) in any of the IIT, IISc and any other recognized University/Institute or Laboratory in India.

Gate is the national and as well as the international level exam.Other than India its also conducted in countries like Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates. The goal of organizing GATE exam is to give the chance to deserving applicants.

Points you must note for Gate 2019

  • Gate is an Online computer-based test (CBT) which contains Multiple choice questions (MCQ). Virtual Calculator will be provided by GATE during your examination.
  • No one is allowed to sit in Examination with any of electronic gadgets, physical calculator, mobile phone, and wrist watches.
  • You can be randomly checked any time through Biometric information (Photograph and Fingerprints) or may be captured before exam starts.
  • If you are appearing for Gate 2019 don’t miss Pre Gate Preparations.
  • Financial assistance is also offered to all qualified applicants from MHRD or Other Government agencies to pursue your masters and direct doctoral program in relevant study areas.

Gate Registration Fee:

You have to pay your application fee only through online method i.e by using Net banking, debit card or e-challan. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Gate Virtual Calculator:

  • The online calculator is called virtual calculator, Gate provides this application for calculation during the exam. It makes easy and saves the time to carry functions and operations for tough question or required questions.
  • No physical calculators are allowed in the examination hall. Only you have to use a virtual calculator to solve your Numerical questions.

Gate 2019 correction Application Form

If you want to do modification or correction in your application form, it can be done only after submission of your application form. If you find any error occurred in your application form then you will have to write an email subjecting “Correction in data (Enrollment Number)” along with the documented proof.

Gate 2019 Admit Card

  • You will be able to download your Gate Admit Card only through official website of gate tentatively in the month of January 2019. Please note that admit cards will not be sent to any one individually by post or email. You have to bring a colored printout of Admit card to the Examination Center. Also, you have to bring valid photo ID with your admit card.
  • If you are International applicant you must have valid passport/College ID/Government issued ID.

Gate 2019 Examination Pattern:

The Gate examination pattern will be announced soon by IIT Roorkee and it covers complete details about question distribution and pattern, nature of the test papers, the number of papers, marking scheme etc. Exam Pattern will help you in Gate Preparation to crack Gate exam 2019.

Read below the following points which will help you for your Gate Preparation

  • There will be total 23 papers in Gate 2019 which will be conducted tentatively in the month of February 2019. A single applicant can appear only one paper at a single time.
  • Single question paper of Gate 2019 exam will contain 65 questions carrying 100 marks single. You have to complete your question paper with in 3 hours.
  • All the questions will be Multiple choices (MCQ) and numerical answer type (NAT).
  • The exam will be conducted ONLINE Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
  • You will be given pad for rough work which must be returned back to the authority.
  • After completion of three hours, the window will automatically close.

Gate 2019 types of questions

  • Numerical Answer Questions:
  1. The virtual calculator can be used to solve your questions, it saves your time.
  2. Each question carries 1 0r 2 marks
  3. No choice will be given for these types of questions.
  • Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ):
  1. These types of questions are having a choice with four answers you have to choose one.
  2. Every correct answer will carry 1 or 2 marks each.

Marking Scheme

  • Each question paper will have total 65 questions for 100 marks in total.
  • Every question paper consists of necessary section i.e general aptitude with 10 questions carrying 15 marks.
  • Question paper bearing codes PE, CH, CS, EC, EE, PI, TF, AE, AG, BT, CE, IN, ME, MN and MT which will be compulsory in Engineering Mathematics section covering 15% of the total marks. And subject paper will cover remaining 70%.
  • Question papers having codes GG, PH, AR, CY, EY, MA,  and XL covering 85% of the total marks.
  • Please note that there will be negative marking for wrong answers in MCQ sections.

Gate 2019 Scorecard

Once the result is declsred, you are requested to download your scorecard tentatively in the month of March and may 2019 through the GOAPS portal of the gate. If you nedd a soft copy of your score card you can take by paying Rs 500/-.

GATE for International Candidates

The Gate 2019 Exam will be also held for international candidates in their respective country Nepal, Ethiopia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and United Arab Emirates (U.A.E).

GATE 2019 Counselling Procedure

Step 1: The seats will be alloted on the basis of options filled by pupils and merit list. Once the saets are allotted, you have to pay the chair acceptance charges and report on the date and time specified by the jurisdiction.
Step 2: Allotment of Chair, Seat Acceptance fee payment and Reporting:
If you have obtained the confirmation letter from the official website, you should report to the college including certificates & all the original documents for entrance.
Step 3: Online Registration, Choice Filling, and Choice Locking process:
First step involves your registration. Then pay the registration fees that is applicable and you need to register yourself. On the effective payment of registration fee, applicants will be permitted to fill their choices of preferred programmes. You are advised to lock your choices that were stuffed at the time of the counseling process, after filling with the preference the choice filling. The GATE CCMT Counselling is an entry procedure which is conducted by other and NITs funded institutions. Counselling will be scheduled after the result declaration.The GATE counselling process is rigorously based on the GATE 2019 score card. Steps involve from the procedure are:-
Measure 3: Entry to Allotted Institute
After chair allotment is done, by remitting the payment of chair verification fee candidates are required to finish the seat confirmation process. Following the payment of chair confirmation fee, candidates were able to download the seat verification letter.

JCECE 2018: Jharkhand Common Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) is a state level entrance exam of Jharkhand which is being organized by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, Ranchi, All India CounciforTechnical Education, New Delhi, etc.. This exam is conducted to get admissions into Engineering, Agriculture, M.B.B.S., Forestry, B.V.Sc. & A.H., Homeopathic, Ayurvedic degree Courses.

JCECE 2018 Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be Indian National and local or permanent resident of Jharkhand.
  • You must be having a certificate of a local or permanent resident at the time of counseling.
  • To apply for this entrance exam there is no age limit.
    You must have attained the age of 17 years on or before 31st December during the time of application.
  • You must be physically fit, you will be having a medical check up to get admission in their your course.
  • For Engineering programs, you must have qualified 12th examination or equivalent with Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects securing minimum 45% marks and if you belong to the reserved category you have to secure 40%.
  • For MBBS/BDS programs you must have qualified 12th or equivalent examination with Biology/Bio-technology, Physics, Chemistry and English subjects securing minimum 50% in PCB and 40% secured by reserved categories applicants.

You can pay your application fee through online mode via debit/credit card or Internet banking or if you wish to pay your fee through offline mode you have to pay the fee through challan.

How to fill JCECE 2018 Application Form?

  • To apply for JCECE 2018, you have to visit official website and click on the tab “Apply button”
  • Before applying online, you must read all the instructions carefully.
  • First, you have to generate your user ID and password by providing your related details.
  • After that get logged in to the application form and start filling all your personal and academic details carefully, choose your examination center as per your desire.
  • You must provide your registered email and phone no for future communications.
  • You have to upload your recent passport size photograph and scanned signature in JPEG format having the size of 50 KB.
  • After that, you have to pay your application fee using a payment gateway. After that take print out of the form you have submitted for future use.

JCECE 2018 Admit Card Download

You can download your admit card through online process. Admit card will be made available to you on the website of JCECE. No, admit cards will be sent individually via post or email. It’s necessary to carry your admit card to the examination center as there are strict rules without admit card you will not be allowed to sit for an exam.

The Admit card will be having information like Roll no., Your name, Fathers name, category, photograph date of birth, address, examination venue and timing etc.

JCECE 2018 Result Announcement

The result is the most awaited part of the examination, JCECE 2018 result will be declared tentatively in the month of June 2018 and the same you can download from official website. You can also download your answer sheet. After the declaration of result Their will the session of counselling, a merit list will be prepared for all qualified applicants.

Eligibility Criteria for VITEEE 2018

  • Your date of birth falls on or after 1 July 1995 during the application submission.
  • You must be an Indian citizen or can be Resident/Non-Resident Indian National/PIO/OCI holder having proof for the same.
  • If you are desired to appear for VITEEE 2018 you must have scored an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in qualifying exam i.e 12th.
  • If you belong to reserved category ie. Sc/ST and North Eastern State you have to secure 50% average marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology (PCM/PCB) in 12th or its equivalent.
  • Applicants from NIOS board are also eligible to apply.

VITEEE 2018 Application Fee

  • If you are paying your fee through online mode via Net banking/Debit card/Credit card then you have to pay Rs 970/=.
  • But if you have opted option to pay offline you have to pay Rs 990/= through Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “Director- UG Admissions”, VIT University, Vellore – 632014
  • If you are foreign applicant or NRI you have pay application of up to 50 USD.

How to fill Application form?

Online process

  • Once the application form for VITEEE is available you can fill form through Online as well as offline mode.
  • In the Online procedure, you have to register yourself by using your personal details, Registered phone No. and registered Email ID.
  • Once your are registered you have to get logged in to fill online application using your user Id and password you have created.
  • Read all the instructions acre fully before filling online application.
  • You have to enter your personal and academic details, after that, you have to Upload your recent scanned passport size photograph with 50 – 100 kb size and signature 20-50kb size in JPG/JPEG format.
  • Once you have completed the application form you have to remit your examination fee, choose your payment gateway to make payment.
  • After that don’t forget to take printout for future use.

Offline Mode:

  • You can buy the form from head post offices if you are desired to fill form using a pen. Forms are made available in some of the post offices of your city. With application form, you will find prospectus, information brochure, and necessary enclosures etc.
  • You can also get the application form from VIT University Vellore Campus, VIT University Chennai Campus and Anna Nagar Office, New No. 6, (Old No. W-73), Second Street (Opposite Towers Club), Anna Nagar, Chennai – 600 040, by giving a Demand Draft(DD) drawn in favour of ‘VIT University’, payable at Vellore.
  • You can also receive Application form on your demand at your address by sending a demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of ‘VIT University’, payable at Vellore, with a covering letter addressed to- “Director – UG Admissions”, VIT University, Vellore-632014.
  • You will be getting OMR sheet, read all the instructions carefully before filling OMR sheet.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be an applicant from Assam having the domicile of Assam State, residing their minimum of 20 years.
  • You must be in between 17 and 21 years as on August of applying year. If you are from reserved category you will get a reservation of 3 years.
  • Relaxation will also be offered to the applicants whose parents are transferred to the outside of Assam.
  • You must appear or passed Intermediate or equivalent from recognized board or University.
  • You must be having compulsory subjects like PCM and English with 50% marks and if you are reserved category applicant like for Sc you must score 455 and for ST you must score 40% marks)

  • Each question paper will be consisting of 100 questions.
  • Assam CEE 2018 is expected to be held in May 2018.
  • Most of the syllabus is based on 11th and 12th Std
  • Assam CEE 2018 Question Paper will be available in English in which the question will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s). You will be given four choices you have to choose one.
  • Each question carries one mark.
  • There will be no negative marking for the wrong answer

  • Dibrugarh University, Assam will soon announce notification with full information on the website as well as in the local newspaper.
  • You can only fill your application through online mode.
  • To apply online you have to visit the official website of Dibrugarh University, Assam. To register yourself enter all the personal details asked, fill all the details carefully.
  • After getting registered a user ID and password will be generated for you. Use that user ID and password for login.
  • Get logged into the application form, enter your personal and academic details carefully. cross check all the details you enter.
  • You have to upload recent scanned passport size photograph with maximum size of up to 35kn. Also, you have to upload your scanned signature.
  • You don’t have to send any type of document to the University. Take print out of application form for future use.
