JMI 2018 Eligibility Criteria

  • To get admission in JMI you must qualify Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam 2018.
  • If you are applying for Undergraduate courses the qualifying exam will be 10+2 or Intermediate.
  • For Pg courses, graduation will be the qualifying exam for relevant field.
  • If you are appearing in the final year, you are eligible to apply for JMI.
  • Applicants of other countries are eligible to apply. For them, admissions will be based on Merit list.

Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam Pattern

      • You will be asked Multiple Choice Type questions in the exam.
      • There will be negative marking, except M.Phil and PhD, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

JMI 2018 Admit Card

      • status of your admit card will be delivered to your registered mobile no through SMS.
      • You have to take a printout of your admit card through Admission portal available in JMI official site.
      • once you have taken the printout of application form you are required to paste your Recent passport self-attested coloured photograph within the space provided.

JMI 2018 Entrance Test Centers: Kolkata, Srinagar, Delhi, Guwahati, Calicut, Lucknow and Patna.

JMI 2018 Result

  • Soon after the entrance exam, Jamia University will prepare the separate merit list for each course.
  • The result will be announced online on the JMI website.
  • You can not request for re-checking/re-evaluation of answer sheets.
  • You can check the list of the selected candidates and waiting candidates displayed on the website.
  • Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance exam, applicable reservations and relaxations.
  • The result will not be sent to any candidate individually by post.

How to Apply for JMI 2018?

  • If you are filling online application, you are required to read all the instructions carefully before filling online application.
  • You are requested to check admission portal for an application form. The application form is divided into two Phases i.e: 1- Applicant’s Registration: you have to enter you basic and personal details asked.
    Entrance Application Submission: You have to choose your desired program, category and application fee.
  • Before filling Online Application you must check Eligibility Criteria.
  • You must enter valid Email ID and registered mobile no for communication.
  • You have to upload a scanned passport size recent coloured photograph with white background up to 100 kb size.
  • Also, scanned signature is also required on white background maximum 100 kb in size.
  • Before final submission check all the details carefully.
  • You are required to send hard copy of your application form to JMI.
  • If you submit more than one application for the same program will be cancelled
  • Documents required for admission:
      1. Mark sheet and Passing certificate of qualifying exam
      2. DOB Certificate
      3. Category Certificate
      4. Character Certificate
      5. Proof of Permanent Address
      6. Scorecard of JEE Main and NEET for admission to B.Tech, B.Arch and BDS programme respectively.
      7. Experience certificate can also be submitted.
      8. If you are self-employed you have to submit evidence regarding self-evidence.
  • JMI Admission Guidelines
      • If you required getting admissions into BDS programme, you have to appear in NEET.
      • If you are seeking admission to B.Tech/B.Arch you must be appeared in JEE, on the basis of  JEE score admissions will be provided.
      • You will not be shortlisted for the interview round if you gain the marks less than 30% in the descriptive part of entrance exam.

Important points for Foreign applicants and NRIs

  • Applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria for a program of their choice may be considered without Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam.
  • Such applicants will be given admission on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying exam.
  • Documents to be carried by foreign applicants:
  • Valid Foreign passport
  • Valid Visa issued by Indian Government clarifying the reasons for his/her stay in the country.
  • All transcripts must be in English duly attested by their own country concerned authorised government certify by Indian Embassy.
  • Applicants have to submit a copy of Visa in the Office of the Foreign Students’ Advisor, JMI.
  • As soon as applicants arrive India they must register themselves in Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO) within 14 days from the date of arrival.

JEXPO 2017 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates need to be a citizen of India and should have a domicile of West Bengal state.
  • Verification of age limit can be made from the official notification in the main portal of the council.
  • Applicants who are interested in applying for JEXPO 2017 exam should have cleared 10th class board examination from a recognized board in this state.
  • Candidates who have scored minimum 35% marks in class 10th board examinations can apply for this exam.

JEXPO 2017 Application Fees

  • Applicants have to pay a total amount of Rs. 440 (Rs. 225 for Kanyashree Enrollees) to register through the online application.
  • Applicants who are applying through offline mode have to pay a total amount of Rs500 (Rs. 250 for Kanyashree Enrollees). The fee must be submitted by Cash in any polytechnic Institution in the state.

JEXPO 2017 Application Form

Online Application Form: Applicants can register for JEXPO2017 online application form through official website. Applicants need to fill the JEXPO 2017 Application Form by providing requisite details & upload scanned images. Verify the filled entries & submit the application form. Take two printouts of the filled application form and fee receipt and keep it safely with you. Place your full signature on both the application forms and receipts. Visit any polytechnic college in West Bengal and Submit the printed application form and fee receipt for confirmation. Without confirmation, online application for will not be accepted.

Important Instruction to Fill up NCHMCT JEE Online Application Form 2017

  • All the interested candidates need to go through the admission booklet and get requisite information to apply properly.
  • Candidates should go through entire eligibility criteria properly before applying. In a case at any stage of the selection procedure, if a candidate is found ineligible, his/her candidature will be canceled at once without any prior notice and strict disciplinary action will be taken against that candidate.
  • The application form is to be filled only in the English language.
  • An incomplete application is likely to be rejected and no request will be accepted in this case.
  • Name: Fill up your name in capital letters in the application form as mentioned in your Class X certificate.
  • Mother/Father Name: It should be same as mentioned in your Class X certificate.
  • Date of Birth: It should be same as mentioned in your Class X certificate.

Note:

  • Overwriting in offline application form is strictly prohibited.
  • Candidates should not write or mark on the BARCODES.

Common Eligibility Criteria for AP EAMCET 2018 (Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical)

  • You must be Indian National or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India
  • You must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. Also, you must satisfy Local/NonLocal status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana Educational Institutions
  • You need to qualify 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking for the AP EAMCET-2017. But then if you belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. But your admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for such categories

Eligibility Criteria for AP EAMCET 2018 Engineering

  • You need to pass or even appear the previous year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry due to the fact optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh /Telangana, together with bridge course or programs carried out by it with respect to if you are enrolled through the academic year 2000 onwards, or even some other exam recognized as equivalent thereto from the Board of Intermediate Schooling, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. OR
  • Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the     State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
  • When it comes to Engineering, Pharmacy courses, applicants should have completed sixteen years old as upon 31st December of the particular year of admission. Presently there is no upper age group limit.
  • When it comes to B. Tech. (Dairy Technology), B. Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B. Tech. (FS and T) and B. sc. (Agr. Engg), you should have completed 17 years of age as upon 31st December from the particular year of admission plus an upper age restrict to 22 years for all candidates and 25 years in respect to scheduled Caste and Scheduled tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.

  • If you want to pursue Pharm-D course you should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional subjects organized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh /Telangana or any other examination authorized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, as equivalent thereto or you should have passed or appeared in the final year of the Diploma Examination in Pharmacy course organized by the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana State Board of Technical Education and training.
  • You need to secure at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.

  • For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FS&T) courses:

You should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as optional, along with the bridge course examination in mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana shall be eligible.

AP EAMCET 2018 Application Fee for Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical courses and How to pay

Applicants should make the payment of application fees of Rs. 450/- by selecting any of the following modes of payment.

  • AP Online.
  • Debit card or Credit Card.

Only when the payment of application fees is successfully done applicants can continue to confirm and fill up the online application form.

Important Points

  • The payment of application fee can be done through debit/credit card or through AP Online/ TS Online centre.
  • You are not required to send the confirmation page of the application form.
  • Scanned images of photograph and signature need to be uploaded in the registration form. Applicants can take their Registration number through the “Forgot Registration Number” link.

  • Enter the home page of AP EAMCET 2017 once again and click on “Print Your Filled in Application Form”.
  • Take out the print of the application form and safely keep with you for further use.

AP EAMCET 2018 RESULT

You can check your result online on the concerned examination authority website. Authority will declare the result on 6th may 2017, you are advised to take printouts of the result and keep that with you for future use.
