Common Eligibility Criteria for AP EAMCET 2018 (Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical)

  • You must be Indian National or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India
  • You must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. Also, you must satisfy Local/NonLocal status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana Educational Institutions
  • You need to qualify 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking for the AP EAMCET-2017. But then if you belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. But your admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for such categories

Eligibility Criteria for AP EAMCET 2018 Engineering

  • You need to pass or even appear the previous year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry due to the fact optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh /Telangana, together with bridge course or programs carried out by it with respect to if you are enrolled through the academic year 2000 onwards, or even some other exam recognized as equivalent thereto from the Board of Intermediate Schooling, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. OR
  • Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the     State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
  • When it comes to Engineering, Pharmacy courses, applicants should have completed sixteen years old as upon 31st December of the particular year of admission. Presently there is no upper age group limit.
  • When it comes to B. Tech. (Dairy Technology), B. Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B. Tech. (FS and T) and B. sc. (Agr. Engg), you should have completed 17 years of age as upon 31st December from the particular year of admission plus an upper age restrict to 22 years for all candidates and 25 years in respect to scheduled Caste and Scheduled tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.

  • If you want to pursue Pharm-D course you should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional subjects organized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh /Telangana or any other examination authorized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, as equivalent thereto or you should have passed or appeared in the final year of the Diploma Examination in Pharmacy course organized by the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana State Board of Technical Education and training.
  • You need to secure at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belongs to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria for AGRICULTURE AND MEDICAL:

  • For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FS&T) courses:
  1. You should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination equivalent to the same by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh /Telangana,  with any two/three of the subjects mentioned against each course noted below:

iii. Agriculture

  • For B. Pharm Course:
  1. You should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent thereto.
  2. You should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admission or on such other date as may be notified by the CET committee. There is no upper age limit
  • For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) Course:
  1. You should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as optional, along with the bridge course examination in mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana shall be eligible.

AP EAMCET 2018 Application Fee for Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical courses and How to pay

Applicants should make the payment of application fees of Rs. 450/- by selecting any of the following modes of payment.

  • AP Online.
  • Debit card or Credit Card.

Only when the payment of application fees is successfully done applicants can continue to confirm and fill up the online application form.

Important Points

  • The payment of application fee can be done through debit/credit card or through AP Online/ TS Online centre.
  • You are not required to send the confirmation page of the application form.
  • Scanned images of photograph and signature need to be uploaded in the registration form. Applicants can take their Registration number through the “Forgot Registration Number” link.

Steps to fill AP EAMCET 2018 Application form

  • Documents/Details Required
  • Details of payment of application fee.
  • Official Email ID and Phone Number.
  • Personal, Educational and contact details of the applicant.
  • Scanned image of recent passport size photograph in jpg format. The image size should not exceed 30 kb.
  • Scanned image of the signature in jpg format. The image size should not exceed 15 kb.
  • Undergo the following steps given below to fill the AP EAMCET 2017 application form:

Step-1: Visit Official Website

  • Enter the official portal of AP EAMCET 2017 (link will be updated here).
  • Check on “Apply Online” link.
  • A fee payment gateway will be visible on the screen.

Step-2: Fee Payment 

  • Select any one of the fee payment option, i.e. TS Online centre/ AP Online or debit/credit card.
  • Fill in the required payment details of the application fee and submit it.
  • After successful fee payment, continue to fill the application form.

Step-3: Fill your Details

  • Fill in the essential details required in the application form: personal, educational, course, address and other contact details.

Step-4: Upload Images

  • Upload the scanned images of signature and in jpg format.
  • Click on the link “Upload Photo” and upload the scanned images separately.

Step-5: Print Application Form

  • Enter the home page of AP EAMCET 2017 once again and click on “Print Your Filled in Application Form”.
  • Take out the print of the application form and safely keep with you for further use.

AP EAMCET 2018 RESULT

You can check your result online on the concerned examination authority website. Authority will declare the result on 6th may 2017, you are advised to take printouts of the result and keep that with you for future use.
