AFMC Application Form: MBBS 2018 Admission
Aspiring students who are preparing for medical entrance examination 2018 and willing to join Armed Forces Medical College, Pune- AFMC must fill the AFMC MBBS 2017 application form. You must need to check and keep an eye on online advertisements of the college website and leading newspapers regarding admission notification. This notification generally issued in the last week of April month, hence you must keep an eye during last week of April 2017. To fill the application Students need to log in and create the account on AFMC online application portal.this is the only mode of application. Generally, the last date to submit the online application form is the last week of the month of May, You must check it at the time of latest notification here and apply and fill the form well before the last date to avoid last hour rush and server /technical glitch.

AFMC -Pune charged Rs. 250/- for the application form which can be easily remitted through bank challan at branches of Sate Bank Of India.
Following is The eligibility for AFMC MBBS aspirants which should be fulfilled by the aspiring students.
Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
Candidate must be unmarried and should be physically fit.
Age of the candidate should be 17 years as on 31st December 2018 (for 10+2 passed candidates) but must not have attained the age of 22 years on that date. Sc passed candidates must not have attained the age of 24 years i.e. they must have been born not earlier than 1st January 1994.
Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in the first attempt.
Qualifying examination should be passed with minimum 60% aggregate marks taken together in PCB subjects, 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subject.
Candidate should have passed the 10th class with Mathematics one of the subjects.
Timeline of AFMC MBBS 2018 Application Process
AFMC Selection Procedure
For the selection of 2018 candidates will be shortlisted based on Neet 2018 Merit List and called the students on order of registration number for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic, and Reasoning this is generally called (ToELR) and Interview which will be held in the month of June/July at Pune.
AFMC will send the call letter to Shortlisted candidates. The marks obtained in ToELR will be added to the scores of NEET and then the addition of both the scores will be divided by 4 (this scores called written scores). The final calculation of scores will be the sum of scored written scores and interview marks (maximum marks is 50).
ToELR Exam Pattern
Mode of Exam: Computer Based Test-CBT
Number of Questions: Total 40 questions will appear in this test.
Question Paper Type: Objective/Multiple Choice Questions
Marking Scheme: Each question will carry 2 marks.
Negative Marking: For every incorrect answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted.
AFMC announced the final result cum merit list after the completion of interview round and will be released in the last week of August 2018 on the official website www.afmc.nic.in Check Here. The final merit will be drawn based on NEET Scores + ToELR and Interview marks. Separate merit list will be prepared for boys and girls candidates. Admission will be provided to the candidates based on their merit.
